MY APPROACH

I create a space of understanding and care so I can help you gain more awareness of self-destructive patterns that may show up in relationships with others or even with yourself. Judgmental self-talk may be getting in the way of meeting your personal goals leaving you feeling alone, unmotivated or scared of taking chances.

I integrate Insight, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy,  Attachment Theory, with Mindfulness, Somatic Experiencing and Affect Regulation to build tools to support individuals in gaining relief from anxiety and panic, stress, depression, loss, relationship issues, betrayals, trauma (sexual, emotional, injuries, incidental) among other challenges.

I use EMDR as a powerful tool to help you heal and change the way your trauma experiences have impacted you and your beliefs about yourself, so you can get out of the clutches of fear and into a more productive and empowered life.
